3-Ingredients Healthy Cookies Recipe

It's time to satisfy the BIGGEST SWEET TOOTH of all time with a healthy cookie recipe - this one is sure to make you smile. If you're like me and love a dessert that doesn't just taste good - but is also healthy and safe for everyone- then I've got something special in store. Meet my phenomenal gluten & dairy free cookies: Super delicious, super easy to make AND they won't leave your body feeling weighed down afterwards either? Victory all round!

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 Tbs Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbs Maple Syrup
Optional for coating or filling:
  • Natural unsweetened Peanut Butter
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Coconut Oil

Preheat the oven at 170 Degrees.
Mix flour, oil and maple syrup with a spatula until you get a sticky consistency. Form into 12 equal sized balls and pat it down into a cookie shape. Leave in the oven for 20 minutes on 200 degrees or until it's slightly colored.
Let it sit for 15 minutes after getting it out from the oven. Then dig in or get extra with some chocolate and peanut butter.
Heat your favorite dark chocolate with 1tbs of coconut oil in the microwave until it becomes a liquid consistency. Then dunk the cookies in it and leave it to set. Or put some peanut butter between 2 cookies and make a peanut butterr sandwich.

Protein: 5.9g
Fat: 20.7
Always remember that healthy does not mean LOW CAL so eat in moderation if you are trying to lose weight.
Tip about choosing the perfect peanut butter from the supermarket:
Read the ingredients label to make sure there's no added oils, only peanuts and maybe a natural sweetener. My favorite is Fitnuts.
